How to use
Glide directly onto the lip for a soft wash of colour. Build up in layers for a more defined finish, or press in with a fingertip for a blurred, just-bitten look.
Care & storage
Store in a cool, shaded place. Because of the high natural-ingredient content, tiny droplets may appear on the surface in warm weather — they disappear after a brief stay in the fridge and do not affect performance. Discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

- How do I choose a shade?
- Start with your undertone: Nudes like sensible and subtle for everyday balance, Browns like sober and stoic for grounded warmth, Reds like spark and sacred when you want more presence. When in doubt, sensible (02) is our most versatile shade.
- Is it certified vegan?
- Yes. Every shade is registered with The Vegan Society — no animal-derived ingredients and no animal testing.
- What is the shelf life?
- Use within 12 months of opening. The PAO symbol on carton confirms the period-after-opening guidance for your batch.
- Why does the lipstick sweat in heat?
- Tiny droplets on the surface can appear in warm weather because of the high natural-oil content. This is normal — store in a cool place or refrigerate briefly to restore the surface; performance is unaffected.
- Do you offer free shipping?
- Free shipping on orders over ¥299. Deliveries use plastic-free cushioning, FSC-certified cartons, and soy-ink printing.
- What is your returns policy?
- 30-day returns on unopened items. Contact us if a product arrives damaged or not as described.
- Will shade 05 return?
- Shade 05 (sans-souci) exists in production but is not in the current retail lineup. The DTC range follows the seven-shade set: 01, 02, 03, 04, 06, 07, 08.
